ROSTERS

Reminder that all players must be listed on the online rosters. You are allowed guest players for this event, but they must be added by midnight Friday.
If a protest occurs and a player is not on your roster, that game will be a forfeit and you must correct the issue before the next game. If the protest occurs during Bracket play, you will be eliminated so please make sure your roster is correct.

FIELD LOCATIONS

FLD 10-15 (Turf Fields) across from the Water Park

FORMAT: 4 game gurantee

2 pool / Double Elimination

Pool games will be 60 min (Drop Dead-Finish Batter) Bracket games are 70 min (Finish Inning)
Championship Games are 70 min & the IF Game is 3 innings (no time limit)

Sportsplex Policies:
Teams coolers are allowed so bring the biggest one you can find
No Metal cleats on the Turf Complex
No overnight RV parking
No cooking or grilling
No pets allowed inside the complex
No personal coolers or ice chests allowed
No tobacco or smoking within the complex
No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters or motorcycles allowed.
No soft toss against fence
Any EZ up tents or canopies must use sandbags or weights and must be set up out of the walkways and allow access for emergency vehicles.

COACHES:

If we have not received your entry and copy of insurance, please check-in prior to your first game. Please make sure you have a copy of your insurance if you didn’t buy it through USSSA or email us a copy now. We must have a copy of your insurance before you play.

Game ball are provided

Again; Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your first game. Check-in at T-Shirt Booth in the center of the complex.

If you have not paid your entry fee online with usssa, you can pay at tournament with CASH ONLY. You can also pay through Venmo or PayPal.
