EVENT DETAILS

5 INNINGS / NO TIME LIMIT

Pool Play Format:

• All pool play games will be 60 minutes finish the inning

Game Format: 5 Innings / No Time Limit

• C-Class and 8 & Under brackets will play 75-minute time limit games.

• All other bracket games will consist of 5 full innings, regardless of time.

• There is no time limit — games will continue until 5 full innings are completed.

• In the event of a tie after 5 innings, extra innings will be played using ITB rules. 

*Teams must be ready to start promptly at their scheduled game times to help the event stay on track.

*Coaches and umpires are expected to minimize delays between innings to maintain game flow.

GATE FEES

1. Gate Fees - CASH ONLY

   • $10 per person, unless noted differently below:

   • 8 years old & under are FREE

   • • AJ Holloway Sportsplex (Biloxi, MS):   $12 per person

     • Gulfport Sportsplex (Gulfport, MS): $12 per person

     • Key City Park (Vicksburg, MS):  $12 per person

2. Wristband / Gate Fee Refunds

• Fans enter the park at their own risk.

• NO REFUNDS may be issued for wristbands once entry has been made into the facility.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

1. Entry Fee / Game Cancellation Refund

   • Refunds will be prorated based on the number of games played versus the number of games guaranteed

   • 0 games played:  100% refund

   *Note: A game is considered official once 2 innings are completed or half of the play time has passe

2. Wristband / Gate Fee Refunds

• Fans enter the park at their own risk.

• NO REFUNDS will be issued for wristbands once entry has been made into the facility.
