Player Roster Information:

• Teams must have a complete roster posted online before requesting reclassification.
• Teams may not add a player in a higher age or classification on a temporary basis
• Any player dropped from team and added to another team may not be re-added to the previous team for 30 days
• If a player needs to be added to team on a temporary basis, it should be done thru the Guest Player system
• If for some reason this is not possible, please contact the State Director.

IMPORTANT information for Parents/Guardians….

This is advice for Parents/Guardians of players. If you ever want your athlete to be a Guest Player for a C team playing in a same-age C Event, they should not be a PERMANENTLY rostered player on an OLDER division team or a B team in the same age division. The online Guest Player system will not allow this to happen. Players can “Guest Up” but cannot “Guest Down,” even if the player is age eligible.  Example:  A 10B rostered player cannot Guest Play for a 10C or 12C team

>>VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Older or B teams dropping players for the sole purpose of them being added to C rosters in C events may be subject to not re-rostering those players for a period of 30 days (subject to change). Reminder, the Mississippi State Director has the final approval of these roster moves.
